There are millions of cars on the road today. That number just keeps growing! Within their average lifetime most vehicles will get a door ding or a dent. Some of that damage will be major - requiring traditional body shop intervention. However, a majority of the damage will be minor car dents- caused by shopping carts, door dings and hail damage.
In a world of specialists, Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) has become a niche market of its own. You don't need a garage to start your own PDR business because all your PDR tools and equipment will fit effortlessly into a mid-size vehicle.
Additionally, the insurance industry has become keenly aware of the improvements in the level of PDR repairs and the abilities of PDR techs. They realize the potential cost savings and are encouraging and pushing what was once considered conventional repair to the PDR arena. This includes combining conventional and PDR repairs, which is a process known as “push to paint.”
Unfortunately, the relative low-cost and ease of this business venture has brought with it a wide range of experience levels and work quality. Industry Trade Show
The Mobile Tech Expo is a "Trade Show" designed for the specific needs of the Mobile Technician and their "Shop on Wheels." It is an Industry Show and therefore not open to the public. MobileTech Expo includes Free Clinics, Workshops and Demonstrations. Additionally, this is where the Dent Olympics take place.
